What partnership looks like

We work with a small number of delivery firms at a time. Partnership starts with a configuration sprint: we set up your methodology on the platform, run a pilot engagement together, and iterate until the workflow fits. From there, you deploy Altabric on client engagements independently, with our support on configuration changes and platform updates.

Can we run Altabric on our own infrastructure?

We deploy Altabric to standard cloud infrastructure. Your clients' data is isolated and exportable. We will discuss hosting options that fit your environment during the first conversation.

How is partnership priced?

AI costs are yours via BYOK. We will share the pricing model during the first conversation.

Do our clients know they are using Altabric?

That is your choice. Altabric can be fully white-labelled. Your clients see your brand and your deliverables. Some partners prefer to name the platform; others do not.

What if our methodology evolves?

Pathways and workflows are configuration, not code. You can adjust phases, approval gates, and deliverable types at any time without engineering work.

How long does the configuration sprint take?

The first pathway is a few weeks of configuration work. Subsequent pathways are faster because the underlying roles, scopes, and approval patterns carry over.
